(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
1. Introductory Provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing goods through the online store.By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
The purchase agreement is concluded upon submission of the order by the Buyer and its subsequent confirmation by the Seller.The Seller reserves the right not to confirm an order, particularly in cases of:
- obvious pricing errors
- unavailability of goods
3. Price and Payment Terms
All prices are stated including VAT.The Buyer may pay for the order using the following methods:
- bank transfer to the Seller’s account:
131-3101890237/0100- cash on delivery
- online payment method (if available in the e-shop)
For bank transfers, the Buyer is obliged to provide the correct variable symbol (order number).
Goods are dispatched:
- after payment is credited to the account (in case of bank transfer)
- immediately (in case of cash on delivery)
4. Delivery Terms
Goods are delivered via contracted carriers.The usual delivery time is 2–5 business days.
The Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the shipment upon receipt.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract (Return of Goods)
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with Section 1829 of the Civil Code.IMPORTANT EXCEPTION – HYGIENIC / INTIMATE GOODS:
In accordance with Section 1837(g) of the Civil Code, withdrawal from the contract is not possible if:
- the goods were delivered in sealed packaging
- the Buyer has broken the seal
- the goods cannot be returned for hygienic reasons
This applies in particular to:
- erotic products
- intimate products
- lubricating gels and similar items
Returns are only possible if:
- the goods are unopened
- the goods are in their original, undamaged packaging
- the goods have not been used
6. Complaints (Defective Goods)
The Buyer has the right to file a complaint within 24 months from receipt.The complaint applies to:
- manufacturing defects
- malfunction
The complaint does not apply to:
- wear and tear caused by normal use
- improper use
Complaints can be submitted:
- by email
- in writing to the company’s registered address
7. Personal Data Protection
The Seller processes personal data in accordance with GDPR.Data is used solely for:
- order processing
- communication with the customer
8. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date of publication on the website.The Seller reserves the right to amend them.
